Do you have grand designs for a gala, banquet, or reception? The scale of our largest ballroom, at over 6,100 square feet plus a 1,900 sq ft. pre-function area and built-in bar, is bound to impress your guests. It’s flexible, too, meaning you can divide it into three separate breakout areas. 

Our ground-floor Columbia Ballroom is a more intimate option but no less impressive. At over 3,000 sq ft, it is ideal for up to 300 guests and can also split into three separate breakout spaces. It includes a 1,200-square-foot pre-function area with access to a delightful riverside patio and courtyard.

On our second floor, our Rogue & Umpqua rooms are the best places to enjoy our views of the Willamette River and exquisite surrounding landscape. They enjoy plenty of natural light and have access to an outdoor patio. The spaces are perfect for intimate corporate gatherings, meetings, or receptions for up to 90 guests.

Our three boardroom-style corporate rooms are ideal for any business meeting or presentation. Alongside our top-quality amenities and effortlessly classic interiors, they combine elegant design and exceptional service. Our 3,475 sq ft. McKenzie Ballroom is ideal for meetings, receptions, and social events of all kinds. It features classic décor, a foyer, a dance floor, and modern A/V equipment to suit every requirement. It can also be divided into two separate areas, giving you maximum freedom and flexibility.
